How old is your machine....ie....is it an XT or the Standard Amaya? What 
Version of software are you running? 7.00.xxxx?  In OS, under Settings, 
Threadfeed, do you have an auto lower limit setting, if so what is it set at. 
Have you gently rotated the thread break sensor tube back and forth?

Does it give you the error on Standard acti-feed as well as auto acti-feed?

How is the static electricity in your work area? You may want to spray and/or 
rub down the machine with some type static guard as this will cause false 
thread break problems. 

It is possible that your thread break sensor has gone ka-putttt...but do all 
the above first......
