Hi Herb,
Not a problem. I'll be gone all afternoon though, my son gets his braces
today, then of course, there's the fact that I'm the chauffeur in the house
as my hubby doesn't drive and I'm the only driver (2 teens set for driver's
ed this summer). So won't be home till after 7pm. I'm going to go ahead
and leave to Plano tomorrow afternoon after I pick my daughter up from high
school. So probably won't get to the machine till Friday. HOME:

I did check the roller, maybe I haven't run enough to create a groove in it,
so no grooves, nicks or wear noted.
1) Presser foot height just hovering over the fabric, one more click brings
it down touching the fabric surface.
2) Material thickness 4 on the design and 5 on the lettering. When I set
them one down (3 on design and 4 on lettering), the breaks, fraying were
worse and the thread popped just before a break and bobbin thread came up in
the lettering. 3 on lettering was horrible.
3) Incomplete trims everywhere, different places in the design, no specific
trim noted.
4) No topping, one layer 2.0 cutaway, 1 layer tear away.
5) Started with Arc thread, ended with Madeira Poly 40 wt. for design
(customer's choice thread color), Robison Anton Black 40 wt. Poly ran better
than ARC except I have to keep an eye on the feed as it tends to want to
wrap around the silver extended tube on it's way up.
6) Actually didn't have as many problems with the lettering as I thought as
long as mat. Thickness is set at 5. Micro BLK LG CP, density set at 4.3.
It's .36 tall, 72% width. Just incomplete trim at the end. I'm sure I
still don't have it set like y'all would do it. Don't have the time to
order the Mad. PN 60 wt. right now, as I thought I was going to do these
before tomorrow. I guess I won't so I'll order it today. But honestly,
doesn't look bad at all with 40 wt.
Contacted my Salesman, he's been a gem. He contacted Service, I have not
heard from them yet. Those of you going to Plano, see you there! I'm
hoping I'll learn something that will make a difference for me while there.
Thank you all, you're the GREATEST! Gotta run and get ready for a busy
afternoon. Edna
