In addition, I have just read my registration confirmation e-mail and apparently you can log-in and check any purchases, this may be the way for you Alexander to check if your purchase was successful and try and sort out any problems.

It is possible to register for this directly without doing it during the process of trying to purchase from a store. 

The Verified by Visa site for the UK is:

There are links from here to the sites of banks that offer online registration for Verified by Visa.

Hi all,
I tried to update my add-aware Se personal edition software today via the online store, but I could not get the payment to work, as the company seem to have gone over to verified by Visa for visa card payments. 

Therefore, my questions are the following:
1. in order to enable me to use verified by Visa, what steps do I have to follow please?
( I apologise for asking a question that may have been covered before, but at the time, I was not wanting to purchase anything online.)
2. Once I have set up Verified by Visa, how easy is it to use with Supernova please?
