aha, you've come across the joys of vodafone and talks! it's been done to death on here! smile. simply, forget it! vodafone do not have a clue! they don't pass on relevant info to their high street stores, and their customer service centres don't know what on earth your talking about. when this was covered on intouch last year, the story was if you had any problems contact some guy called mike duxbury at vodafone. again, don't bother! maybe i'm just unlucky but i've never had a response of any sort from him to my emails, and last time i tried, the telephone number given at the time doesn't work. rant over! smiles.
