Hi all, A friend of mine received a braille letter today, dated yesterday, apologizing for the fact that an item she had ordered recently was out of stock and that it would be delivered as soon as possible. It didn't refer to the pen friend by name; it was obviously a stock letter that is sent out when products are out of stock. It was addressed to dear sir£madam and was signed yours faithfully, customer services. Maybe you'll all find one on your door mat tomorrow if you haven't already.
