Hi William,

The film that I wanted to download to my ipod was already checked, but
it will not download. I had some one around this morning who has had
Apple products for some time and he can not find any thing wrong with my
settings. So I think that it means a trip to the nearest Apple shop.

Make sure that in itunes the ovies checkbox is checked in the movies tab
