Hi Ron, this update, was it for ITunes? or an update to the Pod OS itself? In
any case, for now, ignore it and try to synch your Pod, have you done it
recently? Do you update your apps from the Pod or from ITunes on the PC? if you
don't synch very often, and update via the Pod, there might be lots to transfer
and that's why you get this message.
Anyway, hope these pointers help a bit, let us know how you get on...
All the best,
Marie

Hello folks, I tried to download an update to iTunes today. I got a message
telling me that iTunes could not backup the iPod because the backup could not
be saved on the computer. I am not sure what this means or what to do now.
The iPod was on charge at the time.

  Does anyone know please?

  Cheers

  Ron
