I do not mean to cause you or your company any problem Jackie. The mbossor I referred to on list which George and Kevin helped me with did not come from your company or from George. I did mention publically that I nust give you a call re loading Braille paper in the Index Basic which I did get from yourcompany or more accurately your employer. No offence to you or anyone. I was simply complimenting George and his collegue Kevin. Though as you raise a pertanent point your company has been unable over one week now to resolve why I am getting an error when I try and install Magic and how I add Magic licence to my Jaws dongle. I would not have said this publically but for your wrong statement to me publically. I do not wish to be moderated so any more on the subject to me privately please. -original message- Subject: [access-uk] Re: basic embossers From: "Jackie Cairns" <jackie.cairns@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Date: 12/09/2009 11:35 am Hi Eleanor I thought you got your embosser from us, so why couldn't we solve your problem,?
