I do not mean to cause you or your company any problem Jackie. The mbossor I 
referred to on list which George and Kevin helped me with did not come from 
your company or from George. I did mention publically that I nust give you a 
call re loading Braille paper in the Index Basic which I did get from 
yourcompany or more accurately your employer. No offence to you or anyone. I 
was simply complimenting George and his collegue Kevin. Though as you raise a 
pertanent point your company has been unable over one week now to resolve why I 
am getting an error when I try and install Magic and how I add Magic licence to 
my Jaws dongle. I would not have said this publically but for your wrong 
statement to me publically. I do not wish to be moderated so any more on the 
subject to me privately please.

Oh sorry George, of curse you too and you who got mine working for me
when the company who provided it to me culd not.  I will not give the
name of the embosser.Your Kevin was a star as I recall.  I do not think
