Hi Andy and Peter,
The chances of installing an aerial without the Housing Association knowing
are absolutely 0. But, as Peter Beasley said, it may be that there is a
communal aerial, as, as I said in reply to Peter Beasley, the chap who lived
here before us had sky TV, so even though we don't want sky, we may be able
to connect a digital TV, or connect a freeview box to our existing TV and
run it off a communal aerial, so I will look into that.
