Hi Andy, Peter Beasley is exactly correct in what he has said about where I live being a block of flats, as he's been here at least once, but even so, as I have said in other messages, I'd have to check with the housing association what the situation is, and if they said there would be a problem with what I wanted to do, then I'd have to look at another option.
