I was thinking more that the internet cafe owner would have a copy of System Access or similar on a pen drive a customer could use. I can imagine even less an Internet café letting you plug in your pen drive. I suspect the way to go here would be to buy one or 2 coppies on a pen drive. places such as internet cafes cannot just allow executable files from any web page to be ran on a PC. it's just too much of a security risk. At home, you know when you are downloading an exe file and if you want to run it. you click onthe run or save buttons. If you choose to run a file about which you know nothing, this is really your fault. Not all malicious files are viruses, so the virus checker may not pick them up.
