I suspect the way to go here would be to buy one or 2 coppies on a pen 
drive.

places such as internet cafes cannot just allow executable files from any 
web page to be ran on a PC.  it's just too much of a security risk.  At 
home, you know when you are downloading an exe file and if you want to run 
it.  you click onthe run or save buttons.  If you choose to run a file about 
which you know nothing, this is really your fault.  Not all malicious files 
are viruses, so the virus checker may not pick them up.
