Hi Barry. You simply buy a replacement pack. If you've used labels from the missing packs however, you'll have to remember that some of the ones in the new pack will cross over from those that were used in the old pack.
All the best, Ibrahim.----- Original Message ----- From: "Barry Toner" <barry@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Yes, Thanks to Ibby and all who've been helpful on this and simillar threads. I still think it's a bizarre model though, the pack idea. Hey ho, it was looking too good to be true for a minute. What happens if someone looses their pack a or pack b or indeed both? Theyjust lose th eability to label 3xx objects? Pack B?Hi Barry. No problem. When you buy the penfriend, you get over 100 labels in different shapes and sizes which you can use to stick on to whatever you want and label. Once you've finished those labels however, you're going to need more if you want to continue using the device as a labeller. You can buy additional packs of labels currently packs A and B which contain 380 labels each. Each label is coded, sort of like a bar code on a supermarket item, so when you scan each label using the device, the label associated with that code and which you recorded will play. The onlything is that you can't buy more than one of each pack. For instance, youcan't buy two pack A's as the labels are identically coded. I hope this clears up any confusion.----- Original Message ----- From: "Barry Toner" <barry@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>To: <access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Thursday, July 09, 2009 5:08 PM Subject: [access-uk] Pen Friend Pack A? Pack B?Hi folks, I've sortive followed this and sortive not... I'm confused as to why we even have two different types of packs unless they are just different sizes? Can someone explain this, briefly in a nut shell if you will? Thanks, Barry.
