Hi Andy,

Yes, 3G will make Wayfinder calculate routes even faster.

All the best

Steve

Steve - is it best then to have 3g turned on say when using Wayfinder
Access, rather than using packet data? -

Andy

| Hi Damon,
|
| You are just losing and gaining the packet data signal. Please see my
| previous message for an explanation of packet data.
|
| You probably don't want to turn it off if you are using 3G or Packet, but
if
| you do, let me know, and I'll find it and tell you.
|
| All the best
|
| Steve

|
| Hi.
|
| My talks-enabled Nokia N73 keeps beeping from time to time, sometimes when
| I'm talking to someone, and other times without real reason.
|
| It is occasionally heard to say the following after a beep: "packet data
| connection active"
|
| Can someone tell me what this means and how, if possible, I can turn it
off?
|
| Thanks in anticipation
|
| ...Damon
