Yes, I completely agree with this philosophy, but regardless, I have always
tried my best to keep prices on a level playing field with those in the US.

What about a price plan that allowd the Power user to opt out of uneeded
tech support unless the product is faulty?

The power-user could get two free phone calls and have to pay after that
unless the product is faulty.

Similar to Microsofts home-user telephone support?
