the issue is one of fair pricing. it will also be important to take account of different options of purchase in that some people will have talks already and therefore be entitled to a price reduction for an additional talks purchase. others may wish to obtain the phone separately because of being on a contract or be able to get the phone cheaper from other sources. finally the question of paying vat is a matter for customs and excise to sort out, it looks as though they are trying to pull a fast one hear to some extent. I hope sight and sound will give serious consideration to these points as they could increase their sales by doing so I think!

The price does seem high, take this example. You buy the software for £1080, the phone for £400 and Talks for £150 it would cost £1630. The package from Sight And Sound, inc 5 percent VAT would be £182.98.
