Hi George. I'm afraid that I get more support from members of the GW Micro list than I do from the dealer who sold me WindowEyes. There are loads of nice guys on that list and I'm sure assistance will come whenever I ask for it. All I've got to do is uninstall WindowEyes and reinstall, but choosing the advance install, then select Eloquence during the process. Best wishes.
