The advice any particular JAWS user may receive at the time of sale is between them and the company and it's not for me to argue.Remember I'm speaking from a general technical support perspective. I have no reason to gripe with any company's policies, etc. Further, whereas I dohave views on what constitutes good practice, that's probably a discussion for elsewhere.
