I'm not sure exactly what you wish to happen here. Jaws should come up
talking if you set the launch jaws at start-up preference in the dialogue
beneath the automatically start jaws button to always or always for this
user, if you have other users on the pc and you have your own account, but
they do not use jaws, or use another screenreader.

Hi
After using Jaws for many years I feel very embarrassed to ask this but how
do I get Jaws to speak as a default across all programmes? I thought I had
set this up when installing it. I have looked in Jaws settings but it will
not stay as a default setting.
I am currently using Windows 10, Office 2019 and Jaws 2020.
