Hi Mandy,
Press your windows key to get into the start menu, you should be in a search
box, type something like app volume, then arrow down to that option which is in
system settings. Press enter, then tab to get into a list box with all your
active programs, the first option should be system sounds, so arrow down to
Jaws, then tab again to the output volume, this is a slider so just arrow down
to turn it down to the level you want.
