Microsoft Word is doing what I expect but Outlook is not. I thought once
set it should act the same whatever programme you are in.

Hi
After using Jaws for many years I feel very embarrassed to ask this but how
do I get Jaws to speak as a default across all programmes? I thought I had
set this up when installing it. I have looked in Jaws settings but it will
not stay as a default setting.
I am currently using Windows 10, Office 2019 and Jaws 2020.
