Hi Alexander
I filled out the form. got the following message. And said okay. I take it
that my form was sent using Outlook Express as I was told that Outlook
Express was trying to send data and should I say okay. I said okay. I was
then taken back to the form and all sat still. So I guess it all went
through.

Peter
