Hi,

Does using Compatibility View make any difference? Choose the options from the
Tools menu. Even though I use a different screen reader, I've found this
sometimes causes the page to render differently enough that things are picked
up better.

HTH.

Hi Valerie,

Sorry the options didn't work. Perhaps the company could send you a download
link so that you can download what you paid for.

John.

Hi John.

I've tried both your suggestions but no joy I'm afraid. Actually, it's a
button I'm looking for, not a link, and the only button I can find on this
particular page is a search button. It's all very disappointing but I'm
determined not to give up. Thanks anyway.

Valerie.

Hi Valerie,

You could try the 'links list' function in JAWS to see if that picks up the
download link. Press and hold down the 'insert' (JAWS key desktop), or 'caps'
(JAWS key laptop) and press F7. A list of links are then provided which you can
scroll down. Alternatively, when on the download page, try the Convenient OCR
function, hold down the JAWS key and press spacebar and then w. It may be that
the download link is a graphic and has not been labelled, but the Convenient
OCR function should pick it up.

Hi.

I’m wondering if anyone out there has tried downloading books etc. from
audiogo.co.uk. I only found out about this website recently and decided to
subscribe to it. I bought the download version of a radio drama yesterday,
but when I came to download it there seemed to be no download link or
button. I rang the Company and the lady I spoke to said there was a
download button but obviously JAWS isn’t seeing it. I’m using JAWS 13 and
IE 9. Is there any way round this? Any help would be appreciated.
