Hi Valerie,

You could try the 'links list' function in JAWS to see if that picks up the
download link. Press and hold down the 'insert' (JAWS key desktop), or 'caps'
(JAWS key laptop) and press F7. A list of links are then provided which you can
scroll down. Alternatively, when on the download page, try the Convenient OCR
function, hold down the JAWS key and press spacebar and then w. It may be that
the download link is a graphic and has not been labelled, but the Convenient
OCR function should pick it up.

John.

Hi.

I’m wondering if anyone out there has tried downloading books etc. from
audiogo.co.uk. I only found out about this website recently and decided to
subscribe to it. I bought the download version of a radio drama yesterday, but
when I came to download it there seemed to be no download link or button. I
rang the Company and the lady I spoke to said there was a download button but
obviously JAWS isn’t seeing it. I’m using JAWS 13 and IE 9. Is there any way
round this? Any help would be appreciated.

Valerie Pickles.
