Hi Ali, Is it possible that the DVD media is at fault? I have a Philips LiteScribe, and it rejects most DVD-R DVDs, even Philips own brand, yet is fine with DVD+R disks. For some reason, I am not able to burn large files on DVD disks as data files. It does not recognise DVDs at all. I have tried using Nero 5.5, and, Windows xp burner as well without any luck. I am using windows xp second ed with Jaws 7.1, Nero 5.5. I have checked the DVD+RW from systems and devise manager and it says it works fine. Does anyone know where I can go from here? Thank you. -------------------- Ali ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq
