Hi Adrian,

No, not all by any means. I think what you would have seen
was the NANO.
More details at http://www.techno-vision.co.uk/nano.htm

George.

George do you resell all the caretek lines?
Seem to remember a couple of years ago at sight village they
had a very small Braille entry notetaker / memotaker. Very
little connectivity, and no productivity suite, just a
straight down the line memo taker with Braille keyboard that
I seem to remember had usb socket and output as txt.

Or even from Techno-Vision Systems.

For my sins, I designed the GalaTee, however, I don't think
it will do what you want since it has no intelligence
whatsoever. It has no forward or backward translation
capabilities, having been essentially intended for 6 key
entry direct into a Braille program such as Duxbury or
Megadots. But at £135 it is good at what it does, and is
comfortable for long term use.

Hi all,
If I get the SiRecognizer, because I want to use it as a
notetaker, I want to be able to type in grade 2 braille
because I'm much faster at it and because for me
contractions speed braille typing up much more than a pc
keyboard. Do you guys know of anything that could turn your
keyboard into a braille keyboard? I did a search and found
the Portset actual hardware g2 braille keyboard, but it's
230 pounds, a bit out of my pricerange. Are there

any other options?
Thanks
Ari
