No, I'm afraid you can't simply type Grade 2, and have it
automatically back-translate to normal text.

So it's not a keyboard where I can just open Microsoft Word
and type in 
grade 2 braille? Or can I, and then must I use a braille
translator to make 
the braille characters readable by a sighted person? How is
the Portset one? 
There's one, the Braillin from Papenmeier, can you believe
it's $700!
