Hi Chris, thanks for this suggestion, I've uninstalled the 3 things you
said, but Notice under 'Programmes And Features' something called 'Windows
Driver Package Nokia Modem' should this be removed too?

| PCSuite, such as Nokia Connectivity Cable Drivers, Nokia PCSuite, and PC
| Connectivity Solutions. Once they've all been removed, restart your PC and
| reinstall PCSuite. This should take care of the problem I hope! Good luck.
