Barbara,

I believe all current Panasonic, Toshiba and Sony models now carry audio
description. I have a Panasonic but the model has been changed so you are
unlikely to find older models. I have also tried my mum's toshiba and that
is fine with AD. If you stick to those three makes, Toshiba, sony or
Panasonic, I don't think you will go wrong.

Well the TV I was asking about doesn't have AD after all, even though it was
listed in the product info. So it has gone back to Argos. I didn't get
another as the descriptions clearly can't be trusted, so the only thing is
to go to a shop and ask to see the AD actually working before I buy the
telly.

Can anyone recommend a specific model with AD? Looking for around 19 inches,
LCD, no DVD required.

Thanks for all the help.
