I use HSBC, and find their site accessible. It has nice headings to jump around, and when you log in you are on a page which give your account balances, and you can click on one of your accounts to see all your recent transactions. You can do all the useful things such as transfer money, pay bills, deal with direct debits, etc. I have just had a message from them that they will be "improving" their website within the next few weeks, so I do hope this doesn't mean it will be less accessible. I am always a bit anxious when companies say they are going to do this. HSBC haven't yet introduced these card readers, and I did hear somewhere that they are not going to do so. The way you log in with them is with an internet banking number which they give you when you apply to join. On the next page you have to enter your date of birth in a certain way, and then three numbers from your security number, which you have already chosen when you first joined. Certainly interested you mention Natwest in light of post re talking card reader. Keep the comments coming folks!! I will do some investigating of our current bank, IF, although from the limited experience I've had before it seems quite confusing to work with when you're trying to manage say a couple of current accounts, savings, ISA's etc. Anyway your comments / recommendations gratefully received, with thanks, Phil quite __________ NOD32 2716 (20071211) Information __________ This message was checked by NOD32 antivirus system. http://www.eset.com
