Tried this as well using wget.
http://download.wikimedia.org/enwiki/20100312/enwiki-20100312-pages-articles.xml.bz2


Checksums arent matching but file appears to be downloaded without errors
using wget.

Could the dumps and its corresponding checksums be off?
