Notice that is shows 5.7 GB on the webpage but 1.6 GB when i download
it(Length).
This has happened twice.
What (if any) download manager are you using?
Some early versions (Getright comes to mind) didn't handle files > 2GB
Usually the short file size is what happens when using those tools.
Happened to me when I downloaded the D2009 DVD images from Codegear a few
years ago.
