Did you check /usr/local/lib/lv2 ?
I installed from source
When you built it, did you use cmake or were the makefiles already
generated? If you used cmake, use ccmake and check that "LV2Plugin" is
set to ON and configure the LV2_INSTALL_DIR, so that the lv2 plugin is
installed to a directory your DAW will look in. Mine is
/home/jesper/.lv2 for example, but it depends on the paths your DAW is
configured to use.
