[yoshimi] A happy accident

I just realised that the new audio & MIDI 'preference' saving in 'Settings'
also applies to command line options. This gives you a means of recovery if
Yoshimi won't start because (say) you set it for a sound card you no longer
have.

Run from the command line as follows:

If you are running with ALSA type in 'yoshimi -a=default -A=default'

Or with jack running type in 'yoshimi -j=default -J=default'

That will get you up and running and will remember the preferences next time. Or
you can then go into 'Settings' and change them to what you really want.
