[x500standard] New Draft Technical Corrigenda

We have a few defect reports that have not been reflected in any DTC so
far. To get correction into the sixth edition, it is quite important to
have the voting completed before our September meeting. I therefore
hastily put together three DTCs and they are now out for voting. Some of
the material included has not be thoroughly discussed on the list.
Please study the DTCs carefully and submit any comment you might have,
so that we have a complete consensus at the September meeting.
Due to the haste by which the DTCs were produced, a couple of editorial
mistakes were made. This is explained in details on
