Erik, This sounds to be excellent progress. We all very much appreciate the work that you are doing to enable all of this to happen. Regards Steve _____ From: x500standard-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:x500standard-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Erik Andersen Sent: Sun 08 Jun 2008 09:37 To: Directory list; SG17-Q2 Subject: [x500standard] DTCs approved Hi Folks, We have had 11 Draft Technical Corrigenda out for vote within ISO/IEC and a subsequent Last Call within ITU-T. They have all been approved and are under preparation by the ITU-T editing team. Except for a single one (Cor 3 to X.11 (2001)), they are now in pre-published form up on the ITU-T server. The links on http://www.x500standard.com/index.php?n=Defects.DefectReports have been changed accordingly. I expect the last one to be up shortly. There are five new corrigenda on the fifth (2005) edition. Corrigenda 1 for X.501, X.511, X.518, X.519 and X.520 has been added to the front page (http://www.x500standard.com/index.php?n=Main.HomePage) under the list of the latest official specifications. The X.509 one is older one. Most significantly, we now have optional protection of Bind Errors, and we have extension procedures for handling unknown NSAP addresses. This allowed us to add URI support in edition 6 scheduled for completion at the coming September meeting.
