In order to leave a list (Gill M6GVZ has 3 email addresses subscribed!), surf
to
//www.freelists.org , then on the right-hand side of the page, select
'Find, join or leave a list' with the mouse,
On the next page (very similar page): Under 'keyword search' type in the name
of the list, e.g. wkars-members
In this case, you should see:
West Kent Amateur Radio Society Membership List
Mailing list for Radio Amateurs who are members of WKARS\ \
Select this link and then you should see:

At this point, put your email into the box, and choose 'unsubscribe'. This
should send a message to your email address, which you can then respond to in
order to confirm the change.
