[wisb] Yellow-Crowned Night Heron - Milwaukee

I was able to locate a single, juvenile Yellow-Crowned Night Heron this
evening at 7:20pm at the Veteran's Park Lagoon downtown (maybe Juneau
Lagoon?). It was perched on a stump toward the south end of the lagoon,
probably 100 yards from the south end on the east side of the lagoon.
