[wisb] White-tailed Kite

The White-tailed Kite was present this morning from 9:30 AM until noon when we
left. It was about 1/2 mile west of W and about that far south of Apache. No
great looks even with the scope but still identifiable. Thanks to Quentin for
locating the bird and Mike Plant for putting us on it this morning.
