[wisb] Surf Scoter-North Pt. Sheboygan & Willet-Manitowoc Impoundment

A beautiful adult male Surf Scoter in breeding plumage was cavorting with
Greater Scaup near the old piers south of North Pt in Sheboygan. I did not
see the Willet in Sheboygan this evening but stopping at sunset to scan the
Manitowoc Impoundment found two Willet there.
And in case you haven't seen the female Harlequin Duck, she was still near
North Point Sheboygan as of last Saturday.
