[wisb] Rough Legged Hawk

GlacierThere was a nice big Rough Legged Hawk hovering near Hwy. 51 at =
Truax Field. There were two other hawks in the area, but I could not ID =
while driving. Seems like there are often hawks in this marshy open =
area.
Went up Harvey Rd. There were some puddles of water on the ice at Co. =
DM and Harvey. Not much bird life there or at Shoeneberg's Marsh. A =
muskrat was rambling about at the marsh.
