[wisb] Possible Nelson's Gull, Milwaukee 4/12

The gulls at McKinley Marina in Milwaukee this morning included a couple of
Thayer's Gulls and a possible Nelson's Gull (Herring X Glaucous hybrid).

Earlier this morning there were hundreds of gulls at North Beach in Racine,
including a pair of Lesser Black-backed Gulls, one each of Greater
Black-backed, Iceland Kumlien's, and Thayer's, and 17 Caspian Terns.
