[wisb] Nice weather...for gulls - Milwaukee 4/28

Cold, rainy weather with east winds this morning brought more winter gulls to 
Milwaukee.  Very quick checks revealed an adult Thayer’s and an immature 
Kumlien’s Iceland Gull at McKinley Marina, and two immature Glaucous Gulls on 
Bradford Beach.
