[wisb] Nelson's Sparrow at 9 Springs, Madison

Steve Thiessen and I found one Nelson's Sparrow at 9 Springs in Madison
this morning. It was in the back north-central area of 9 Springs. Very
cooperative bird -- gave us great views.
In general, there were very few birds of any species -- although we did
fine one Lincoln's and one Savannah sparrow. There were a few song and
swamp, but overall numbers were low.
