[wisb] NYT story on sage grouse (no sightings)

NY Times has a very interesting story on conservation efforts for the greater 
sage grouse.  Innovative in that instead of listing them as endangered they are 
using a different approach with farmers of providing incentives under an agency 
called the Natural Resources Conservation Service, which I had never heard of 
before.
