[wisb] Madison Yellow-crowned night heron

Driving west along Hwy M this morning, a few miles before Gov. Nelson State
Park near the soccer fields on the north side of M, I was a surprised to see a
Yellow-crowned night heron relatively lose to the road next to the pond that
has the little fountain in it. Was a great surprise on a dreary morning.
