[wisb] Lower Mud Lake Dane Co

With all the rain and snow melt, there is open water for nearly the length of
Lower Mud Lake.
It was a bit easier scanning the birds since they are strung out around the
edges of the open water.
New birds for me at the lake were Northern Pintail and Lesser Scaup.
