[wisb] Herring to Ring-billed Gull ratio at this time of year?

Anyone have an idea as to the ratio of Herring Gulls to Ring-billed Gulls at
this time of year?
Let's say you see 1,000 gulls on the ice in Lake Michigan in Milwaukee in
mid-February. How many of them are likely to be Ring-billed Gulls?
