[wisb] Great Backyard Bird Count question (gull ID)

Quick question about filing a GBBC report.
OK, so here's the situation. What if:
1. You can positively ID 75 Herring Gulls?
2. You can positively ID 7 Ring-billed Gulls?
3. And, waaay out on the ice you can ID 3,500 birds as gulls, but they're too
far out to determine the species.
Is this the correct way to enter it in the GBBC:
Herring Gull - 75
Ring-billed Gull - 7
gull sp. - 3,500
