[wisb] Golden Eagle (Marquette or Waushara Co.)

Dan Phillips spotted a juvenile Golden Eagle flying by I-39 between Westfield
and Hancock. This was on Sunday afternoon. Dan saw that it was clearly an
eagle, then he was able to see the sharply contrasting white-based and
brown-tipped tail at a close range.
